Booth fee must be paid in full to secure your space.
Booth fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
All tattooing must comply with current health, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
Tattooists are responsible for supplying their own equipment, furniture, and consumables unless otherwise agreed.
Booths must be fully set up before the event opens and remain in place until the event closes.
Vendors are responsible for the security of their own equipment, stock, and belongings.
No subletting or sharing of booths without prior written approval.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse or remove any exhibitor whose conduct is deemed unsafe, unprofessional, or disruptive.
All waste, including clinical waste, must be disposed of in accordance with legal requirements.
By booking a booth, you agree to abide by these terms and all venue rules.
